All-About-Italian-Food.com is also an information based site that talks all about Italian food. They provide variety Italian food recipes. Again the revenue is earned from Google Adsense. All this business has one thing in common: they are all information based sites, they do not sell anything. They are making money off their knowledge. All their providing isinformation nothing else.
